It all began as a hobby in 1992 when I began to decorate cakes for friends and family and it became my goal in 2003 when I seriously started to take specialized classes in pastry arts, cake decorating and chocolate making. With  the support of my husband I was finally able to open my pastry shop on August  10, 2007 in Downtown Bath, ME.

Due to the overwhelming demand for our Wedding Cakes we have now moved to a non-retail location to focus solely on that aspect of our business.
